Yash Duseja
FOUNDER
Yash Duseja is the Founder of Agathon Research Partners, where he leads bespoke M&A research engagements for middle-market private equity firms, advisory firms, and buy-side brokers. His work focuses on building precision-driven target lists, competitive landscapes, and market maps that support proprietary deal sourcing and thesis-aligned investing.

Prior to founding Agathon, Yash was a founding member at PE Lists, where he initially served as interim Chief Operating Officer and later transitioned into a VP, Special Projects role. In this positions, he oversaw the firm's operations, managed research workflows, and developed structured processes that supported the delivery of high-quality information products to clients.

Earlier in his career, Yash was an Operations Manager at Kingfish Group, where he was responsible for operational oversight, research support, and executive of client focused initiatives across multiple industries.

Yash has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University and has successfully completed all four sections of the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
